UX Project: Blood Service App

This Project was part of a re-branding project for the Australian Red Cross Blood Service. The Red Cross Blood service mainly contributes to managing and supplying blood to Australians in need, the most fundamental part of their service is to ensure they are receiving constant donations by healthy Australians over the age of 18.
We found that the quality of comunication between the organsiation and their donors, as well as the general public was low, therefore an app was introduced to make the communication process easier allowing donors to book appointments and find local donor locations.
